Terms of Use

Wellspring · Effective July 3, 2026

Welcome to Wellspring. These terms are written to be read, not skimmed past — they're short, and they matter. By using the Wellspring app, you agree to them.

What Wellspring is (and isn't)

Wellspring is a faith-centered cycle and wellness companion. It offers reflections, prayer, journaling, and cycle awareness.

Wellspring is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cycle predictions and fertility insights are wellness estimates, not guarantees, and must not be used as contraception or to make medical decisions. For anything concerning your health, please talk with a qualified healthcare provider.

Who can use Wellspring

Wellspring is for individuals aged 13 and older. Users aged 13–17 receive an experience with additional protections as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

Your journal entries, prayers, and logs are yours. They are stored on your device, and we claim no ownership or license over them. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for exporting your data (Settings → Export My Data) if you want a backup.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the app or its content, and don't use Wellspring in any way that breaks the law. The app's prayers, reflections, and design are protected by copyright and are for your personal use.

Honest limits

Wellspring is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellspring and its creator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Faith content

Wellspring's reflections and prayers are rooted in a broadly Christian, non-denominational perspective. They are offered as encouragement, not as the teaching authority of any church or a substitute for your own community, pastor, or discernment.

Changes and ending use

We may update the app and these terms as Wellspring grows; meaningful changes will be dated at the top of this page and noted in the app. You can stop using Wellspring at any time — and Settings → Delete Everything removes all your data from your device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
